A ThinkProgress reporter caught up with Paul Ryan and asked whether he would be helping his constituents enroll in Obamacare, recently. Suprisingly, Paul Ryan admitted he would. Just as interesting however is Paul Ryan's contention that the best thing he could do for his constituents is to delay the whole law.
If you believe the Republican talking points on healthcare, you might be able to convince yourself there's value in repealing Obamacare, but what could be the possible benefit of delaying Obamacare? The truth is, there's no benefit in delaying Obamacare, it just fits with the pattern of obstrcution the Republicans have been employing since 2009; stall, defend, and obstruct.
